ActionsRootX® makes it easy for plumbing professionals to kill roots in residential sewer lines, storm pipes and septic systems. Root intrusion may be the single most destructive element facing your home’s wastewater collection system. Left untreated, roots will spread throughout the pipe. Material passing down the drain gets trapped in the roots, restricting the flow or even causing a complete blockage.
Root intrusion can eventually destroy a sewer or septic system, costing thousands of dollars to repair or replace. We recommend annual RootX treatments to keep your system root-free and avoid costly sewer and septic tank repairs.
Kill pipeline roots — restore pipe flow capacity
How Does it Work?
The patented RootX formula foams on contact with water to reach the top of the pipe where 90% of the roots are. Degreasing agents strip away grime so the RootX herbicide can penetrate the roots, killing them on contact. RootX sticks to the pipe walls, preventing re-growth for up to three years. Dead roots decay over time, restoring pipes to their full capacity.
Tough on roots, easy on pipes
RootX kills roots using the aquatic herbicide Dichlobenil. It’s non-caustic, non-fumigating and non-systemic, and it contains no diquat dibromide, copper sulfate or metam sodium. RootX will not harm pipes, septic systems or above-ground vegetation (not for use in septic systems in the state of Florida).
The RootX® application funnel is included with every case of RootX purchased and can be purchased separately.

ProClean® Concentrated Drain Cleaner is an enzymatic drain maintenance solution specifically formulated to keep pipes clear and free-flowing by preventing waste buildup (such as grease, fats and soaps). Treating the drains monthly with ProClean is the best way to keep them from clogging. ProClean products offer a solution to homeowners that are looking to prevent drain problems and to help eliminate emergency plumbing. One gallon contains product for 64 treatments.
How Does it Work?

ProClean's active ingredients continually consume the waste until it is gone.
Is it Safe to Use on All Drains?

The ProClean Time Flow Meter uses a microprocessor that automatically injects the precise amount of ProClean Sugar Residue Digestant or ProClean Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment into the drain to replenish the biofilm that was washed away by the natural flow of water through the system.
The microprocessor-controlled time activates a valve that draws the product from the container. The microprocessor is capable of 24 separate cycles per day, 7 days a week. It is customizable to skip days if need be and has a battery backup system. The meter can be used with electrical adapter or battery operation.
No matter how often you clean your pipes, the grease and waste begin to build up again as soon as you’re done. Don't wait until you have a plumbing emergency and risk taking a hit to your profits. ProClean® Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment will help keep grease trap issues to a minimum. The simple maintenance product helps restore and maintain the proper flow in drains and grease traps. ProClean Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment is perfect for commercial applications, helping cut down grease trap pumping by as much as 65%.
How Does it Work?
ProClean Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment contains microbes that consume organic waste and turn it into carbon dioxide and water. The treatment then builds a biofilm of microbes on the walls of drain lines and traps that works around the clock, consuming grease and organic waste before it has a chance to build up. Use the Time Flow Meter (also available from Duracable) to automatically inject the precise amount of ProClean Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment into the drain and trap to replenish biofilm washed away by the natural flow of water through the system. Because the Time Flow Meter has a battery backup, the treatment will continue working even in a power failure.
Features:
- Keeps Drain Lines Flowing at Full Capacity
- Reduces Grease Trap Pumping
- Neutralizes Odors
- Environmentally Safe
- Safe to use in and around food areas
